Notice is hereby given pursuant to Article 7, Section 23(C) of the Constitution and R.S.47:1705(B) that a public hearing of the Hospital Service District of St. Bernard Parish will be held at the regular meeting place, St. Bernard Parish Council Chambers, 8201 W. Judge Perez Dr., Chalmette, LA on Thursday, June 21, 2012 @ 7:00 p.m. to consider levying additional or increased millage rates without further voter approval or adopting the adjusted millage rate and rolling forward to a millage rate not to exceed the prior year’s maximum. The estimate amount of tax revenues to be collected in the next year from the increased millage is $2,409,488.00 and the amount of increase in taxes attributed to the millage increase is $9,035.58.

This is not a new tax and Hospital Service District of St. Bernard Parish shall not exceed the voter approved maximum millage rate.
